ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE ROSTERS SUBMITTED ONLINE PRIOR TO 11:59pm ON THURSDAY. Rosters will freeze at 12:00am on Friday and cannot be edited after they are frozen for the weekend.
ALL TEAMS must check-in prior to their first game with a printed copy of their Game 7 Official Roster with signatures.
Team Check-in will be in the lower level of Building 4 (4-11). It is located in with the indoor batting cages which is located along the first base line of the St. Louis field. At check-in, teams will pick up line up cards and pitching cards.
Facility Rules & Policies - NO outside food or drink, NO COOLERS with the exception of team water.
NO PEANUTS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, GUM AND FOOD on or anywhere near the field or dugouts
Players can wear molded cleats, turf shoes or tennis shoes.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT 11U Division (21 Teams):
All teams will play 2 pool games. After pool play teams will be seeded #1 - #21.
Teams seeded #1 - #8 will play in the Gold Bracket.
Teams seeded #9 - #15 will play in the Silver Bracket.
Teams seeded #16 - #21 will play Consolation games.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT 12U Division (16 Teams):
All Teams will play 3 pool games. After Pool Play, teams seeded #1 - #8 will advance to Bracket Play.

Sanction Fee ($30) must be paid prior to tournament registration.
Double Points Weekend
2 New and 2 Used baseballs provided. Teams must throw in SLIGHTLY USED or new baseballs after the 4 baseballs have not returned.

OPEN Divisions - Divisions may be separated after pool play for Bracket Play depending on number of teams
Game balls will be provided by Game 7
Team/Individual awards will be issued to 1st & 2nd Place teams
